Return Process

  Log into your bigbanana account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package over to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
